Ailín Kennedy is an ADHD coach from Cork. She was diagnosed with ADHD at thirty-two and now works with ADHDers, helping them to navigate their neurodiversity. Before this, she was a musician, gigging in various bands before leaving for Wales to study science. She has now swapped a musician’s life of parties and all-nighters for marathon running.
