Donal A Buckley, College Teacher by Profession – Graduate of UCC – Fellow of The Society of Operations Engineers, is a Cork-based fiction short story writer with numerous publication in the Irish Examiner, Evening Echo, Christmas Holly Bough, and Ireland’s Own Magazine. He was highly commended by Original Writing for his short story “Mending Fences” and in the Ireland’s Own Anthology of Winning Irish Short Stories for his short story “The Kerry Set.”
Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
