Eileen McDermott holds a BA Hons and European Master’s in Early Childhood Care and Education. She co-ordinated and taught QQI Level 5 and Level 6 Early Childhood Care and Education and Social Studies programmes at the Sallynoggin College of Further Education. Eileen currently works as an External Authenticator for QQI Level 5 and 6 courses.
Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
