Jacob Stack

Jacob Stack graduated from Limerick College of Art and Design as a printmaker in 2012. Since then his work has gained considerable momentum and today his distinctive drawings are in great demand. Dreamscapes populated with doleful giants, bears, whales, and robots are a signature of his work. Illustrative and layered, Jacob’s artwork feels like a page from a storybook and his characters are drawn with careful observation. We are often asked to reveal the ‘secrets’ behind his most popular prints. Alas, perhaps enjoying the mystique surrounding them, Jacob keeps these secrets under wraps! Ever with his favourite pencil at the ready, there is no telling what will feature next in Jacob’s enigmatic world; though we can be sure that his fans will find them irresistible. Jacob’s work has been exhibited throughout Ireland, Europe and New York.
