Lou Robbie, best know as Little Lou Cooks, loves to cook and feed people. She's always batch making healthy snacks for the lunchbox. She is an experienced chef and busy mum of 2. She spent many years working in professional kitchens until 2020 when the pandemic happened and the world went into lockdown. She found herself at home and began sharing easy family friendly recipes online, in November 2023 her videos went viral and her page sky rocketed. Lou has grown a global audience with over 1 million followers across her social media channels! This is her debut cookbook and a combination of 5 years of hard work. Her focus has always been to make home cooking easy, enjoyable and tasty. She lives on the west coast of Ireland.
