Patricia is a native of Ireland, now living in West Virginia, where she has made a second career of writing articles and short stories, both fiction and nonfiction, for several women's and historical publications. Her writing has earned her numerous awards and mentions from her local writing organziations. Her first novel, Kilpara, a sweeping family saga of 19th century Ireland, will be available in May, 2015.
