Sam Smyth

Editor of The Journal (once 'of Contemporary Anglo-Scandinavian Poetry') and publisher of Original Plus books, Sam was born Blackpool 1946, and now lives in Blaengarw, South Wales. A freelance writer, he was last employed as an amusement arcade cashier, but has also been a psychiatric nurse, residential social worker, milkman, plumber, laboratory analyst, groundsman, sailor, computer operator, scaffolder, gardener, painter and decorator........ working at anything, in fact, which has paid the rent, and enabled him to raise his three daughters.
