Ciarán Casey is a leadership practitioner and coach with over three decades of senior leadership experience across multiple sectors and international contexts. His work has centred on organisational transformation, culture development, high-performing teams, and navigating complex human systems. Over the past five years, he has designed and delivered experiential leadership programmes for senior civil servants and executive teams, focusing on trust, collaboration, and relational impact. A trained mediator and conflict dynamics practitioner, Ciarán holds an MSc in Management of Operations. His approach combines operational rigour with a deep commitment to human-centred leadership. The Conscious Relational Impact (CRI) Model™ emerges directly from his experience leading through complexity and from a conviction that connection, not control, is the true source of lasting impact.
