Sharon Fitzmaurice has been working as a holistic wellness Coach, Teacher and Practitioner since 2008. Her journey into wellbeing started at the age of 24 when She faced her darkest times. In healing the wounds of childhood trauma, severe anxiety and depression, held silently within her mind, body and soul, Sharon went on to learn, study and practise all the tools She has learned to help herself and is now helping others to help themselves.
Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
